Programme Overview

Corporate Finance for Managers

Read The Numbers Behind Your Own Budget

Written for managers who own a budget but never trained as accountants. In four weeks you learn to read a set of financial statements confidently, forecast cash flow, and make pricing and costing calls with the numbers actually in front of you.

No bookkeeping background is assumed. We work from the statements outward — what each figure represents, what a healthy one looks like, and which question to ask when something moves in the wrong direction.

  • Reading financial statements fluently
  • Budgeting and cash-flow forecasting
  • Costing and pricing decisions

Four weeks, next intake November 2026, on-site in Puchong or live online. This is also our most requested in-house session — ask us about running it for your own management team.

Made For Managers, Not Accountants

  1. 01

    Plain Language Throughout

Every term is explained the first time it appears. You are not expected to already know what accruals or working capital mean before you walk in.

  2. 02

    Decisions, Not Bookkeeping

You are not learning to keep the books. You are learning to interrogate them — a different skill, and for a manager a considerably more useful one.

  3. 03

    Available As In-House Training

We regularly run this around a company's own figures, so your team practises on the budgets and reports they already work with every month.
